At two bobby, each piece is carefully inspected and thoughtfully packed before dispatch. Due to the delicate nature of our accessories and hygiene considerations, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges at this time.
What if I received a damaged or wrong item?
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs at shreya@twobobby.com, and we’ll be happy to review the issue and assist you accordingly.
