Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (India) We ship across India via trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–7 business days

Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout.

Free Shipping We offer free shipping on orders above ₹999. Orders below this amount will incur a flat shipping fee of ₹49. 

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders carry an additional ₹49 handling fee.

COD is available on select pin codes and order values. We may request confirmation by call or WhatsApp before dispatching a COD order. Orders that remain unconfirmed may be cancelled.
Collection of payment at the time of delivery is treated as confirmation that the shipment was received.

Address accuracy and failed deliveries
Please ensure your delivery address, pin code and phone number are complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost or returned due to an incorrect, incomplete or unreachable address.
Our courier partners attempt delivery up to three times. If delivery cannot be completed because the address was incorrect, the recipient was unavailable, or the shipment was refused, the order will be returned to us (RTO).

For RTO orders:
Prepaid orders will be refunded after deduction of actual forward and return shipping charges.
COD orders may result in your account being restricted from placing future COD orders.

Claims of non-delivery
Delivery is deemed complete when our logistics partner marks the shipment as delivered and records proof of delivery — which may include a signature, delivery OTP, timestamp, geo-location or photograph.
Where valid proof of delivery exists, we are not able to issue a replacement or refund against a courier-confirmed delivery.
