Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change! Here's what you need to know about cancelling an order:
- Cancellation window: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched.Â
- How to cancel:Â To request a cancellation, please contact us via WhatsApp or email at shreya@twobobby.com with your order number as soon as possible.
- After dispatch:Â Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.Â
- Refunds for cancelled orders: If your cancellation is approved, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Cancellation from two bobby: In a rare event that we have to cancel your order, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
