When will my order arrive?

We pack and dispatch within 1 business day of receiving your order (weekend and holiday orders go out the next business day). Delivery then usually takes:

Metro cities: 3–5 business days
Tier 2 and tier 3 cities: 5–7 business days

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on prepaid orders over ₹999. Below that, and on all cash-on-delivery orders, it's a flat ₹49 anywhere in India. Your cart shows how close you are to free shipping.

Is there a charge for cash on delivery?

Yes, a ₹49 handling fee. Below ₹999, COD orders also pay ₹49 shipping; above ₹999, shipping is free and only the ₹49 fee applies.

Pay online by UPI or card and you skip the fee, with free shipping above ₹999.

Can I return my order?

We don't accept returns or exchanges. The only exception is an item that arrives damaged, defective, wrong or missing: tell us within 24 hours of delivery with your unboxing video and photos. Once verified, we replace it, or refund that item if a replacement isn't available. The full policy is on our Refund policy page.

Can I exchange for a different colour?

We only replace items that arrive damaged, defective, wrong or missing, so we can't exchange for another colour. Colours can look a little different on each screen, so if you're torn between two, WhatsApp us before you order and we'll help you pick.

How long do refunds take?

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. For COD orders, we refund by bank transfer or UPI to the details you share with us. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.

What if something arrives damaged, defective, wrong or missing?

Tell us within 24 hours of delivery on WhatsApp or email, with:

your order number
one unedited unboxing video
clear photos of the item and the outer packaging

Once verified, we replace the affected item, or refund it to your original payment method if a replacement isn't available. For verified damaged, defective or wrong items we arrange the reverse pickup at no cost to you.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can't be cancelled once they're placed, because we pack and dispatch within a day. Please check your items, address and phone number before you pay.

Spotted a mistake in the delivery details? WhatsApp us your order number as soon as possible. We'll try to update it before the parcel leaves, but we can't guarantee it.

How do I track my order?

Your order confirmation email or SMS has a link to your order status page. Once your parcel ships, the courier tracking shows up there.
